At the beginning, we analyze the problem to be solved and get to know the team. The goal of this phase is to gain a common and comprehensive understanding of the product to be developed. We fill and estimate the backlog, develop a technical architecture with IT security requirements in mind, and plan the deployment.

Design - Prototyping and Validation

Develop - Technical Implementation, Test and Launch
Based on the high-fidelity prototype from the previous phase, we develop a fully functional digital product or MVP. We usually need a period of 3-6 months for this in order to ensure a fast time-to-market and to obtain valuable user feedback to validate the product. In doing so, we rely on agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban.
